This can lead to having a Light Green or a Dark Blue, in addition to the EA Standard geneticsĪ second section called "Pregnancy \ Advanced Genetics" is also available which alters how the various genetic sliders are processed. Then the tone is altered to be a combination of the mother and father. So either Green or Blue in the above example. A skin base is chosen from one of the parents. So if you have a Dark Green mother and a Light Blue father, your children will always be either Dark Green or Light Blue. Under EA Standard, skin tone is inherited from one parent or the other, it is never a combination of the two. The main option is "Pregnancy \ Genetic Skin Blending" which alters how the skin tones are inherited. If there is enough demand, I will perhaps give the same treatment to other textures as well. In addition to just the overlay, I have also uploaded an archive with the overlay pre-applied to the three different normal map options from Fair Skin Complexion. Currently, I have only made an overlay for the pregnancy slider at 100% position, but I may make more overlays for smaller sizes if people request them. My pregnant belly normal map overlay gives the belly+groin realistic lighting and shadows and gives some nice 3D detail to the bellybutton. Here is another video: showing the difference in Outfit Studio:
Here is a video comparison demonstrating the difference between a regular normal map and one with my overlay applied to it: I didn't like how hideously distorted and unnatural the lighting and shadows look on a character when using the 3BA pregnancy slider with regular normal maps, so I made some custom ones to be used with said slider.ĭon't know what I'm talking about? See how the belly seems to glow in the image on the left?
